Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative, your daily activities will include:
- Prospecting and lead generation through door-to-door and community outreach
- Engaging with homeowners and businesses to offer customized pest extermination solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining accurate sales records
- Building long-term customer relationships and maximizing residual earnings
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who:
- Have a proven track record in sales, preferably in pest control or extermination services
- Possess strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
- Are competitive, self-driven, and thrive in performance-based sales environments
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Have experience in technical or field sales (preferred but not required)
Job Requirements
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Lakewood Ranch, FL, and surrounding areas
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Valid driver’s license (no more than two moving violations in the past three years, no DUI/DWI in the past seven years)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
